Leadership Programs
Nine-month, cohort-based leadership development program designed for senior-level and high-potential business professionals. Convening leaders from the region’s prominent organizations, ELI strengthens the critical capabilities needed to lead effectively and thrive in an environment of increasing uncertainty and volatility. Through an exclusive network of peers and mentors, participants explore current issues, trends, and technologies impacting the business community while developing skills in leadership, strategy, and execution. Grounded in research and delivered through interactive learning, the program enhances participants’ ability to build strong partnerships as well as drive sustained personal and organizational performance.
Education
This one-day event brings together high school juniors and seniors from area high schools to learn durable life-skills through guided conversations with local business leaders.
